I found this book quite interesting even though it is not a “Christian book” per se. It teaches the theme of learning to be confident in one’s identity. You don’t have to be like the Lion even if you’re a Mouse. “There is a Lion inside of you”! There is a Lion inside of everyone.
We are not all going to be Lions siting “ far above on top of the Rock” some people will be as tiny as the mouse, sometimes neglected or trampled upon but their role in the scheme of things can never be ignored. So whether you’re a Lion or a Mouse identify what makes you unique and play to your strengths. Find your true voice and learn to speak out. You don’t need to roar like the Lion. There is a Lion and a Mouse inside everyone.
